Marcus Tullius Cicero was a renowned Roman politican and philosopher. He lived in the bloody 1st century BC when the Roman Republic evolved in the Roman Empire. Cicero witnessed the murder of Caesar in March 44 BC, but did not take part in the complot. Cicero and Marc Anthony were the two greatest personalities in the politics of Rome, where Cicero strived to preserve the Republic.
This bust is made of plaster alabaster. It has a bronze layer and is 25 cm high.
