In both cases, we automatically save personal data. In case of ‘guest accounts’, this data is saved for bookkeeping purposes. Guest accounts are never used for commercial newsletters, unless the customer has given permission for us to do so. In case of guest accounts, the following personal data is saved for bookkeeping: name, address, place of residence, e-mail address, order number and the content of the order. We never save the bank account information and the IP address!
You can always convert your guest account to a customer account. In order to do this, you need to fill in an e-mail address and create a password (see the lower right of our webpage ‘My account’, then click on ‘Forgot your password’).
You can login at our webpage and order via a customer account. If required, it can be linked to your Facebook account. When you have a customer account, several personal data is saved for bookkeeping. This data is saved for a limited period of seven years, as constituted by law. Furthermore, when you have a customer account you permit us to approach you for commercial activities and general notices. Customer accounts can automatically receive a newsletter. Of course, it is no problem to unsubscribe for our newsletter. In case of a customer account the following personal data is saved: Name, address and place of residence, order numbers, content of the orders, content of the wish list, content of the comparing list, Loyalty points and the content of the shopping cart.
