Transfer of Rights
By submitting photos’s, videos’s or texts within the framework of this challenge, the participant declares that he/she is the creator of the submitted content and thus the copyright holder.
The participant grants to Celtic Webmerchant a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, edit, and publish the submitted content for commercial and marketing purposes, including but not limited to use on the website, webshop, blog, social media channels, and newsletters.
This permission applies for an indefinite period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If persons are recognizable in the image, the participant declares that he/she has obtained permission from these persons for publication of the material.
The participant waives any claims for compensation for the use of the submitted content.
