Do I have to pay import duties?
Yes, for orders from outside the EU you are responsible for paying local VAT, any import duties, and handling fees to the courier. These are not included in the shipping rate shown.
At what amount is shipping to the UK free?
Shipping to the United Kingdom is completely free for orders with a value of £ 99.00 or more. Please note: some products, such as weapons and large items, are excluded from free shipping. These products are too large or too long to be shipped with the carrier we use for free shipping.
Does free shipping apply to all courier services in the UK?
If your order exceeds the threshold, shipping is free via selected delivery services. The available free method will automatically be displayed in the checkout.
How long does shipping to the UK take?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Sliedrecht (The Netherlands). The average delivery time to the UK is typically more than 5 business days, depending on customs clearance.
