Almost all shoes in our collection are made from natural leather. Leather is sensitive to moisture and dirt and can dry out or become damaged when stored incorrectly.
After use, shoes should first:
be cleaned of mud and dirt
Next, the leather can be cared for with a suitable maintenance product. Ballistol anti-rustspray is suitable for leather, wood and steel and helps keep the material supple and protected during storage.
Note: treating leather with oil or spray can make the colour darker. This is a normal and natural effect of leather care.
Practical Tips / Application
Lightly spray the shoes with Ballistol or a similar leather maintenance product.
Let the product soak in well before storing the shoes.
Store shoes in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place.
Avoid damp spaces or direct sunlight during storage.
