Product description

This bronze sword is made after an original from the Villanova culture, approx. 900-700 BC. This sword is completely made of bronze, just like the original. It has a length of 61 cm with a blade of 43 cm and it weighs approx. 1,8 kg.

The original sword is nowadays part of the collection of the British Museum. Swords like this were typical for their time, they were used in large numbers in South and Central Europe. The Celts also made similar models during the earlier phases of the Hallstatt period.
