Product description
The walking stick is based on the traditional South African walking sticks. Originally they were employed by Zulus under the name of knobkierie, knobkerry or knopkierie. The Zulus crafted them from African hardwood and utilised the stick as an aid in the inhospitable landscape and as a club.
This knobkerry is constructed from solid polypropylene, which is just as strong as hardwood, yet carries less weight and permits a better grip for the hand. This fine walking stick may also be employed as a weapon for self-defence. It is almost unbreakable and is well-suited to parrying swords, axes and bayonets. Moreover, the stick features a club head, so it can even function as a club.
This knobkerry has a length of 94 cm with a club of 7 cm and it weighs just 717 grams.
