Product description

The helmet is a replica of an Italic galea found in the Balkans. The original was presumably worn between 150 and 250 AD.

The reproduction is crafted from steel and decorated with brass. The helmet features a broad eyebrow plate and shoulder plate, which is typical of Roman helmets from this period.
It is supplied with a cotton arming cap and is well-suited to head circumferences of up to 60 cm. It weighs approximately 2 kg.
