Product description
Over the centuries, the drinking horn has been employed by different peoples as a cup during ceremonies and celebrations. Its use is even mentioned in the Edda. The horn is well-suited to Viking reenactment, home décor, and LARP, and makes a wonderful gift. It is also particularly suited to festivals. Crafted from buffalo horn and polished by hand, the interior features a layer of varnish so that it may be drunk from safely. The horn is supplied with a metal stand, allowing it to be placed upon the table. Engraved with a dragon motif — a distinctive design found throughout Viking art, appearing on jewellery, stones, and woodwork — the horn is as visually striking as it is functional.
