The beautiful drinking horn is engraved with stripe motifs and burnt to obtain a colour pattern. The horn is delivered with a suede leather holder, permitting you to hang it on your belt during festivals, reenactment and LARP. The drinking horn may equally be displayed at home, or employed to celebrate a special evening with a delicious cold mead. The Vikings drank from horns during special occasions such as parties, ceremonies, religious rituals and other gatherings. Drinking from drinking horns took place amongst many friends or allies and served an important social function.
