Product description
This Ewenni love ring is inspired by the 15th-century ring found at Ewenni Priory in Wales. On the inside it bears the inscription '+ ieme la belle' ('I love the fair one'). The original specimen is held in Amgueddfa Cymru, the National Museum of Wales.
In the Middle Ages, rings were worn as a sign of faith, as an amulet or as a love token. The ring is cast from lead-free tin and has a flexible band, so you can easily adjust the size larger or smaller.
A romantic piece of jewellery for your late medieval portrayal or a meaningful gift for someone you love.
