The ancient Norse people travelled widely, collecting jewellery and distinctive objects during their journeys, such as beads that were traded in Viking towns. This set contains approximately 35 randomly selected glass beads on a strand of 40–55 cm. The beads range in size from about 0.7 to 0.18 cm. A sturdy band is included with the necklace, well-suited to creating your own Viking-inspired chain.

The glass beads are an excellent way to add a distinctive accent to any Viking necklace and to wear amongst your shield brooches. They may also be employed to decorate clothing, belts, bags, and more. Let your creativity run wild with these beads. Each strand is a one-of-a-kind piece and may vary slightly in colour and size from the photographs. The glass is sourced from Roman excavations and is approximately 2000 years old.
