This sheet of foam is well-suited to crafting your own LARP weapon. Constructed from Epic Armory's trusted material, it offers the same safety and quality found in their LARP weapons range. The foam plate features a dense cell structure, making it somewhat harder than standard foam and particularly well-suited to adding details on top of softer foam — such as wings on a sword and the like. It does not tear, and is both light and durable.
How does one utilise Epic Armory hard foam? Cut and heat the foam into the desired shape, then attach it to softer foam or employ it to create details on armour. Ensure sufficient foam is left around the core for safety and sturdiness. Once the desired shape has been achieved, dip the weapon in latex and allow it to dry after each new coating, to produce a smooth and protective surface.
Maintain your weapon regularly with silicone spray to prevent it from drying out.
