Product description
The fork is based on originals that can be seen in fifteenth-century paintings and manuscripts. During the Middle Ages, the fork was employed to serve food. From around the fifteenth century onwards, people began using it to eat with, in place of the eating pick.
Hand-forged from iron, the fork features a twisted pattern on the top and a curled end. A fine addition to the collection of re-enactors of the Middle Ages and Renaissance.
