This crossbows is the longer version of the crossbow Bernardo and is made for long LARP bolts. It is built with great care in a small workshop in Italy and features a reliable firing mechanism.

The stock is made of sturdy wood; the prod, the stirrup and the trigger are made of browned steel. The safety pin above the trigger is within easy reach, allowing you to quickly unlock the crossbows just before each shot and then lock it again to reload. Two bolt clamps are supplied for bolts with different shaft thicknesses. For long bolts we recommend the clamp for narrow bolts; by carefully bending it you adjust the clamping force. The bolt must fit snugly along the entire length of the guide groove. For transport, remove the pin at the front and detach the stirrup and prod.

With a draw weight of approximately 30 pounds, this crossbows is made for LARP. Always load it in locked position, watch your fingertips when shooting and follow the rules of your event.
