A leather torso armour consisting of loose leather plates, crafted for the protection of the body during re-enactment and LARP battles. It is also well-suited to Viking or Medieval costume and LARP and Cosplay for series such as Vikings, Game of Thrones (e.g. Stark characters and Jon Snow) and Last Kingdom. Soldiers and warriors wore leather chest armour from Antiquity to the Renaissance. Leather torso armour with leather plates was worn from the early Middle Ages to the 16th century. The armour is constructed from 2 mm thick, high-quality vegetable-tanned leather plates, with brass nails attached to 2 mm thick leather. The leather cuirass has leather straps at the back so you can fasten it, and is also slightly adjustable in size.
