Product description
These sturdily crafted medieval shoes with brass buckles reach up to the ankle. The simple yet functional design was particularly popular amongst soldiers between approximately 1250 and 1500, placing it firmly within the late medieval period. The shoes combine durability with historically accurate details. Constructed from smooth leather with a small heel, as was common at the time, they are well-suited to reenactment, LARP, or as a finishing touch to a historical costume. Please note: the leather soles are quite sensitive to asphalt, concrete, and gravel — surfaces that did not exist in the Middle Ages.
