The cloak is crafted from cotton twill and protects you against rain, wind and the sun whilst you are out all day. Sufficient mobility is afforded for the arms, so that it may also be worn in battles. With the cotton lace, the cloak can be fastened around your neck. On the back, a hood has been fitted to protect the head. This long cloak falls to the ankles or shoes, so it can even be slept in. Cloaks of this type were worn from the early Middle Ages to the Renaissance, making the Terrowin well-suited to re-enactment of several historical periods, as well as for fantasy and LARP.
