Medieval longsword with wooden grip, semi-sharp

The swords of the first class High are made from high-quality steels, excellently balanced, and carefully hardened to a high degree of hardness. If sharp, these swords are suitable for daily use in cutting tests. If blunt (battle-ready), they are suitable for regular use in HEMA and reenactment. The battle-ready variant features a rounded tip and has a blade thickness of 2–3 mm.

Note: swords of this class also wear. The formation of burrs is a normal form of wear. Always check your weapon for burrs before use and remove them if necessary.

• Hardness of the blade at least 50 HRC.
• Blade runs fully through the grip.
• Pommel is riveted to the blade or soldered.
• Light and very maneuverable with an excellently balanced center of gravity.

Tip: how to adjust the finish of plate armor and weapons yourself

Luxury (polished) – polish the steel with metal polish or toothpaste. You can even polish an item to a mirror finish with this. Test on a small area first!

Hand-made (matte) – place the steel in cola for 40 minutes to 20 hours. Regularly check the matte effect. Smooth the finish with black sandpaper.

Antique (patinated) – place the steel in a damp environment (preferably outside) and let it rust. Remove the red layer of rust, leaving the corroded surface layer.

Just like your weapons, it is best to apply a layer of ballistol to your shoes and leather goods after cleaning. This protects the leather from drying out.

When packaging this item, we use only 100% recycled plastic and recycled paper/cardboard sourced from FSC certified forests. A large portion of the material is reused directly without the intervention of the recycling process. Recycle the material by separating your waste.
