Product description
This gilded coin pendant features a Quarter-Noble: on the obverse a royal coat of arms and on the reverse an ornately decorated cross. In the Middle Ages, coins were struck by hand, with a piece of silver placed between two iron dies and struck with a hammer to create a coin.
Medieval England was a turbulent time of wars and crusades, from William the Conqueror in 1066 to the devastating Black Death of 1348. The pendant is cast from lead-free tin and then gilded for a warm gold gleam, supplied on a waxed cord.
A fine piece of jewellery for your medieval reenactment, a valuable addition to your collection or an exceptional gift.
