The synthetic sword blade is well-suited to intensive and daily sparring. Crafted for martial arts and HEMA, it has been designed to be 1/3rd flexible whilst remaining as strong as a steel sword. The blade is 102 cm long, 5.5 cm wide at the cross-guard and 2.1 cm wide at the grip. It weighs 525 grams.
Red Dragon training swords and parts have been designed for Historical European Martial Arts. The training swords are constructed from plastics, with RVS parts employed in some cases to make the sword heavier. The blades are constructed from plastic, yet are made in order to achieve a flexibility and toughness similar to normal swords. As a result they are more lifelike than wooden swords or even federschwerter. Our training swords consist of: blade, cross-guard or guard, grip and pommel. Every model has the same tang so every part can be changed in order to assemble your own perfect sword.
