These Vikings, known for their trading skills and maritime abilities, likely played a significant role in cultural exchanges between Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. They may also have been involved in the establishment of early medieval states such as the Kievan Rus. The Rusvik Viking coat Jakub features a deep red hue at the hem and cuffs, creating a striking contrast against the black colour of the rest of the coat.
