Product description
The Viking tent is based on several early medieval images. Tents of this kind were employed by Vikings, Saxons and Normans between the 8th and 12th centuries. Owing to the large awning, the tent is well-suited to use as a trade tent at a festival, or as a reenactment tent. By opening the awning, one can sit sheltered from the sun and rain, whilst still not missing anything from the festival or event. The tent measures 4 x 6 m and stands up to 3 m high. Crafted from canvas constructed of 100% cotton at 425 g/m², the canvas is tear resistant, water resistant and treated against weathering and mould. The tent can easily be erected by 2 or 3 people. It is supplied with poles included. The poles are practical and consist of several parts, so that they can be transported in the car. All necessary accessories are included in the delivery of the tent. The tent is supplied with 5 poles, 22 tent pegs, guy ropes, tensioners and the canvas.
