You're taking a leisurely stroll through a medieval market and at some point you realise that the hem of your dress is completely soaked with dirt and water. It wouldn't be a bad idea to lift the hem of the skirt slightly. The rings attach to the belt via the belt loop. Your skirt is gathered between both rings and rolled up to the desired height. Simple but very practical! The holder is also particularly well-suited to accentuating the underskirt whilst dressed in layers.
