These tassets are based on historical originals from the late Middle Ages to the sixteenth century. The armour protects vulnerable areas such as the hips, thighs and sides against blows. The tassets will not come loose and are particularly comfortable to wear, as they are fastened with leather belts to the waist and over the shoulders. The belts are adjustable, permitting the fit to be tailored to the wearer's preferred style. These tassets are also well-suited to endless combinations — they may be paired with various chestplates, leg armours, or even leather armour. The armour is 1 mm thick and has been designed for LARP battles, costumes and cosplay.
