Product description
The Viking brooch is a replica of a 10th-century original excavated in Tranby, Norway. Crafted during the transitional period between the Jellinge and Borre art styles, it reflects the aesthetic of its era. Decorations of this kind were worn by the Vikings in the form of a brooch. Originally, such decorations were employed by the early Franks as sword scabbard and shield ornaments.
