Product description
The early medieval dress is well-suited to Viking reenactment, LARP and Cosplay. This style of dress is based upon images found in early medieval manuscripts and on surviving clothing remnants from the Viking Age. In the Middle Ages and early Middle Ages people often wore contrasting colours, as with this dress, where the sleeves and neckline contrast with the remainder. The use of colour is historical: many Vikings wore colours such as brown and green. These colours could be obtained from cheap natural pigments. Wealthier Vikings wore colours such as blue and red. This elegant dress may be combined well with accessories such as coats, belts, bags and pouches.
