Product description

A strong Viking shield crafted from wood, particularly well-suited to Viking reenactment, Vikings Cosplay and Viking costumes. The shield features a blackened steel shield boss and a wooden handle on the back to hold the shield firmly in reenactment battles. The edges of the shield are covered with blackened steel and decorated with rivets. The shield is beautifully painted with a yellow dragon on a blue background. Dragons are common creatures in Viking mythology and symbolise destruction, so it serves as fine symbolism for a shield. The dragon is painted in the Urnes Viking art style.
