LARP kite shield Crusade

The LARP shield is based on the kite shields that were employed in Western Europe during the Middle Ages (12th century). A well-suited shield for medieval LARP or other scenarios. In the centre it displays a cross on a white and black background, based on the Templar Order. During the crusades in the Holy Land, the knights of this order were amongst the crusader armies that waged the holy war. The shield is painted in a highly realistic fashion, with the edge crafted to resemble steel, complete with imitation steel rivets. The reverse features various leather straps, permitting it to be worn on either the left or right arm.
