The Vikings in Eastern Europe were known as the Rusvik Vikings. These Vikings, renowned for their trading acumen and maritime skills, likely played a significant role in the cultural exchange between Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. They may also have been involved in establishing early medieval states such as the Kievan Rus'. This Rusvik pair of trousers has been inspired by historical pieces and depictions from that era. The cut is baggy from the waist down, permitting great freedom of movement and comfort, whilst tightening around the knee and below. Looking for an even more authentic appearance? Pair the trousers with leg wraps that complement the design and enhance your overall ensemble. The historical herringbone pattern on the fabric provides an eye-catching look faithful to production methods documented in history. Particularly well-suited to Viking reenactment and LARP.
