This cintus is based on belt fittings found in the fortification of Transdierna, present-day Tekija, in Serbia. They date from the second half of the 1st century AD, during the Flavian period. The original buckle is made of silver and is part of the collection at the National Museum in Belgrade.
The belt features two hangers for a pugio (a Roman dagger). It is made of cowhide leather and tinned brass. The belt is suitable for a waist circumference of 97 to 116 cm, though it can be adjusted for a larger size by adding extra holes. Weight: approximately 800 g.

Maintenance & care
Just as with weaponry, you can care for your shoes and leatherware by applying a little Ballistol after cleaning. This prevents the leather from drying out.

2. Plastic cushions, clothing bags and plastic tape: separate or reuse your plastic. If possible, pierce the cushions with a volume reduction needle.
3. Paper packaging for jewelry and small items: these have a plastic inner layer. Remove these, then separate your paper and plastic.
